How it works...
My name is Susan O'Regan and i am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am qualified to practice Humanistic (person centred), Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy models.
My experience in the area of addiction dates back to 1997. Through my experience I came to strongly believe that one of the most important factors in counselling is the quality of the relationship between client and therapist. It is vital that you feel connected to your therapist regardless of their theoretical approach.

I am primarily based on the Lisburn Road in South Belfast, I also have an office in the Stormont Area of East Belfast.
