Internal systems family therapy

This model of parts work is an experiential process, we work internally to connect with the parts of us that are helping us on the inside by managing and protecting our inner world but may not be helpful in our external world. getting to know and understand how those parts of us respond or react when a part of us is triggered or feels threatened can help us to regulate our autonomic nervous system and cope with our emotional responses in a way that is more balanced and harmonious. We begin to unburden negative beliefs about oneself and free parts from extreme roles.
